How the board decides
A trade is covered at two or more live quotes, thin at one, open at none. The carried price is the low live quote unless somebody carries a different one by hand — scope, not price, is usually the reason. Spread is second-low over low; past 12% is worth a phone call before you carry it. Plugs count into the number but stay flagged as exposure until a real quote lands. Everything anyone does is stamped with their name and the time.
